Who we are

Airpark Auto Collision is a family-owned collision repair facility located at 22039 N 24th Ave Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85027. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what choices you have. It applies to this website and to the information we collect when you contact us or bring a vehicle to the shop.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us — name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
• Vehicle and claim information — year, make, model, VIN, license plate, photos of damage, insurance carrier, claim number, adjuster contact, police report or tow/impound details.
• Repair and payment records — estimates, authorizations, invoices, deductible payments and payment method details processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Website usage data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, collected through standard server logs and analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to estimate requests, questions and appointment requests.
• To write estimates, document damage, order parts and perform and warranty repairs.
• To communicate with your insurance company, adjuster, tow operator or storage facility on your behalf when you ask us to.
• To process payments and maintain repair records required for our business.
• To send you service updates and, only if you opt in, occasional shop news. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to complete your repair — for example your insurance company and adjuster when you authorize it, parts suppliers, sublet vendors such as glass, alignment, calibration or towing providers, our payment processor, and professional advisors — or when required by law, subpoena, court order or lawful request by a public authority.

Insurance companies

We are independent and do not participate in insurance-company Direct Repair Programs. We share your information with an insurer only to the extent needed to handle your claim and repair, and only with your authorization. Your insurer may separately collect information from you directly under its own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Calls, texts and email

When you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate, repair status, vehicle pickup and related service matters. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us at any time and we will note it in your file. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function normally if you do.

How long we keep information

We keep repair files, estimates and invoices for as long as needed to service warranty claims, resolve disputes and meet tax, accounting and legal recordkeeping obligations in Arizona. When records are no longer needed we dispose of them securely.

Security and Arizona breach notification

We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No system is perfectly secure. If we discover a security incident involving unencrypted personal information about Arizona residents, we will investigate and provide notice as required by Arizona's data breach notification law (A.R.S. § 18-552), generally within forty-five days of determining that a breach occurred.

Your choices

Arizona has not enacted a comprehensive consumer data privacy statute, but we honor these requests regardless of where you live: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to stop marketing contact, and ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to other websites, including insurance carriers and government resources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
