Why Airpark

We Accept All Insurance — And We're On Your Side.

Airpark Auto Collision works with all insurance companies while remaining independent from insurance-company DRP programs. Your insurance company may recommend a particular repair facility. That's their recommendation — not necessarily your only option.

Customer First

Our customer is our client — not the insurance company. Every decision we make about your vehicle starts there.

No DRP Contracts

We accept all insurance and work with every carrier. We just aren't contracted to any insurer's repair network, so nobody is grading us on cycle time or severity while your car is here.

Family Owned & Operated

We're not a chain and we're not a franchise. You'll talk to the people who actually run this shop.

Our Repair Philosophy

Restore the vehicle, don't disguise the damage. Structure, safety systems, parts and finish — in that order of consequence.

Two Things People Constantly Confuse

Accepting insurance

We do this. We work with insurance companies to process collision claims: estimates, documentation, supplements, and coordination of the repair. Any carrier, any claim.

Being a DRP shop

That's different. A Direct Repair Program is a contract between an insurance company and a repair facility. We don't have one. Our business relationship is with the vehicle owner.

"We accept all insurance" does not mean "we are contracted with all insurance companies." That distinction is the whole point.

We Fight for the Customer

After an accident, most people don't know what they don't know. An adjuster is asking questions, a tow yard is charging by the day, an estimate has numbers on it nobody explained, and somebody wants a decision today. Our job is to make sure you understand what's happening before you make it.

  • What the insurance company is actually asking for
  • What the repair estimate means, line by line
  • Why additional damage gets discovered and what a supplement is
  • Why certain parts may or may not be appropriate for your vehicle
  • What happens when liability is disputed
  • What happens while a vehicle sits in storage
  • What questions to ask an adjuster — and what to ask a repair shop

We're a collision repair facility. We're not your attorney and we're not an insurance adjuster. What we bring is repair expertise and a willingness to advocate for you.

A Shop You Keep, Not a Transaction

Once you find Airpark Auto Collision, we want to be the automotive resource your family calls for years — collision repair, body damage, paint issues, vehicle questions, inspections, and honest referrals when you need something we don't do.

Common Questions

Does Airpark Auto Collision accept my insurance?

Yes. Airpark Auto Collision accepts all insurance and works with all insurance companies. You do not need a particular carrier to have your vehicle repaired here.

Is Airpark Auto Collision a DRP shop?

No. Airpark Auto Collision does not participate in insurance-company Direct Repair Programs. We accept all insurance, but we are not contracted to any insurer's repair network.

What does it mean that you 'fight for the customer'?

It means that when there is a disagreement about repair operations, parts, hidden damage, towing or storage, we document our position and advocate for the vehicle owner with the insurance company. We are a collision repair facility, not attorneys or public adjusters, and our advocacy is limited to repair expertise and helping customers understand the process.
