We Accept Your Insurance. We Don't Work For Your Insurance Company.

We're happy to communicate with your insurance company, provide estimates, document damage, work through supplements and coordinate the repair. Whether you're with State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, Farmers, USAA, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, American Family or anyone else — we can work your claim.

What we don't have is a Direct Repair Program contract requiring us to participate in an insurance company's preferred repair network. That means nobody is measuring us on cycle time or average severity while your vehicle is in our shop.

Straight Answers

Does my insurance company choose my body shop?

Generally, you have the right to choose the collision repair facility you want to use. Your insurance company may recommend one of its preferred repair facilities, but a recommendation is not necessarily the same thing as a requirement. Airpark Auto Collision is an independent collision repair facility that does not participate in insurance-company DRP programs. Call us before authorizing repairs if you are unsure what to do.

Do you accept my insurance?

Yes. Airpark Auto Collision accepts all insurance and works with all insurance companies. You do not need a particular carrier to bring your vehicle to us. What we don't have is a DRP contract with any insurer — our relationship is with the vehicle owner.

My car is in an impound lot after an accident. Can you help?

Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to help arrange removal of the vehicle from the impound facility, bring it to our secure North Phoenix shop, store it while the claim is addressed, and document its condition. Storage fees generally accrue daily, so call (602) 600-7825 immediately.

Where is Airpark Auto Collision located?

22039 N 24th Ave Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85027, in the Deer Valley Airport area of North Phoenix. We serve North Phoenix, Deer Valley, the TSMC corridor, Anthem, Cave Creek and North Scottsdale.
