Terms of Use

The terms that govern this website and our repair relationship with you. Last updated August 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Airpark Auto Collision, located at 22039 N 24th Ave Ste A, Phoenix, AZ 85027.

Informational content only

The guides, blog posts and answers on this site are general educational information about collision repair and the insurance claims process. They are not legal advice, not insurance advice, and not a statement about the terms of any specific policy. We are a collision repair facility — we are not attorneys, insurance adjusters or public adjusters. Coverage, liability and applicable law vary with the facts. Talk to us about your specific situation before acting on anything you read here.

No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this site is a promise about what an insurance company will pay, whether a vehicle can be removed from an impound or storage facility, whether a vehicle will be declared a total loss, or how long a repair will take. Whether we can assist with a particular impound, storage or claim situation depends on the circumstances.

Estimates and repair authorization

  • A written estimate is based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Modern vehicles routinely hide damage behind panels, so a supplement may be required after teardown.
  • We will not begin repairs without your written authorization, and we will obtain your approval for supplemental repairs that change the scope or price, consistent with Arizona motor vehicle repair practice.
  • You choose the repair facility. Under Arizona law an insurance company may recommend a shop, but the decision about who repairs your vehicle is yours.
  • Parts decisions — OEM, aftermarket, recycled or reconditioned — are documented on the estimate. Your policy may control what your insurer will pay for; you may authorize different parts and pay the difference.

Payment, deductibles and liens

You are responsible for payment of the repair, including your deductible and any amounts your insurer declines to pay, unless a third party has accepted responsibility in writing and paid us directly. Payment is due at the time of vehicle delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing. Vehicles left after completion may accrue storage charges, and Arizona law provides repair facilities with lien and sale remedies for unpaid repair and storage charges (see A.R.S. § 33-1022 and A.R.S. Title 28, Chapter 4).

Storage and abandoned vehicles

Storage of a vehicle at our facility, including a vehicle brought in from an impound or tow yard, is subject to the rates and terms disclosed to you in writing. Vehicles left without contact or payment may be processed as abandoned under Arizona law.

Warranty

We warrant our workmanship on repairs we perform for as long as you own the vehicle, subject to normal exclusions: parts and materials are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, and the warranty does not cover ordinary wear, rust or corrosion not caused by our work, damage from a later collision, misuse, alteration, or repairs performed elsewhere. Bring the vehicle to us so we can inspect any concern. Except as stated here and as required by Arizona law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Airpark Auto Collision is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, including loss of use, lost income or rental costs. Our total liability related to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act (A.R.S. § 44-1521 et seq.) or other law that cannot be waived.

Your use of the site

Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content in a way that burdens our servers, or infringe our rights. The text, photographs, logo and design of this site are owned by Airpark Auto Collision and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Photos and submissions

If you send us photos of your vehicle or damage, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them for estimating, documentation and claim communication. We will ask separately before using any photo in marketing.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you and Airpark Auto Collision consent to that venue. Before filing anything, please call us — most disagreements are solved with a conversation.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
